Shipping Arrangement

Shipping and handling is state-based and we use an algorithm to calculate true cost  of shipping through our partner shipping companies, namely; UPS and FedEx. Currently, we only direct ship to the contiguous U.S., with a few options for whole sale to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Return & Refund

​Ayla's Selective Foods Products:

  • Full refund if product is not processed and shipped within five (05) business days from placed order. Exceptions include, but are not limited to; weather inclement, state or national holidays, interstate embargos, unforeseeable acts of god, others. 

  • Full refund for product(s) damaged or lost during transient (third-party delivery). SherpasCo. tracks all shipment through UPS or FedEx and abides by third-party rules, regulations, and United States Department of Transportation guidelines.

  • Full refund for product(s) with three (03) months or less Best Use by dates OR products with objectionable odors and off-flavors. Consumer(s) shall submit a written complaint with: product expiration date with picture, written description of product condition with supplemental photograph detailing observations, and within 24 hours of receiving products.

  • No refund shall be granted for products: not refrigerated or frozen after opening, stored in damp and/or unsuitable environments, products left outside for long periods of time after delivery, or misuse of products as intended.

  • No refunds shall be granted for misuse of product(s) including, but not limited to; misplaced, mishandled, poorly stored, used as weapon, injuries incurred from mishandling and dealing, and other utilities other than intended use.
